Since 2009 Evgenios is an integral partner of the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, where excels in the position of Pastry Chef.
Head and coordinator of a group of 17 people, he manages to respond successfully to the high demands of the confectionery sector in which he thrives.
He has a rich curriculum and successful partnerships with leaders of confectionery sector and is one of the key partners of Valrhona in Greece. A characteristic feature of his is the continuous vigilance and love for new methods and products, also proved by the continuous training through Starwood in the most modern laboratories of the world.
As a professional, he is known for his leadership skills, passion for work, creativity and high level presentations.
